DISSOLUTION TEST RECORD

Record the conditions, not just the time.

For a useful comparison, record film thickness, sample dimensions, water volume, temperature and agitation. Define whether your endpoint is initial breakup, loss of visible film or another agreed observation.

Use the same method for all samples. These observations describe the test performed; they are not a biodegradation or environmental certification.

Can I use one dissolution time for every film?

Use a target tied to your selected grade and test method. Thickness, temperature and agitation must be stated alongside the result.

Can you confirm compatibility from the product name alone?

The product name is a starting point. Actual contents, contact conditions and sample evaluation are needed to assess suitability.

Which machine details should I share for pod film?

Tell us whether the machine is rotary drum, flatbed or another type, and include forming depth, sealing conditions and the current film specification.

Are all custom options available for every product?

Available dimensions, finishes and conversion options depend on the product. Confirm the combination you need before ordering.
